摘　　要：产学研共同体是我国应用型本科高校艺术设计教育的本源回归、实然之为和应然之举。产学研共同体以高校、设计公司和设计院所3个维度的合作主体的共同利益为基础,旨在突破政策导向功能缺失、合作主体目标不明、协同运行机制不畅、协同共享环境缺乏等诸多瓶颈,实现价值共生。通过构建政策导向新模式,重塑利益共享新理念,构筑互利共赢新机制,有助于促进专业与行业的无缝对接;营造协同合作新环境,推进校企协同育人共建、共享、共生,重塑产学研共同体艺术设计人才培养模式,更是寻求艺术设计人才培养的一条高效路径,即:构建产学研共同体艺术设计人才培养新模式,不仅可推动应用型本科高校艺术设计人才培养高质量建设,还可推动多元主体共赢局面的达成,实现教育与经济的协同发展。The industry-university-research community is the return to the origin of art and design education in applied undergraduate colleges and universities in my country,what it is and what it should be.The industry-university-research community is based on the common interests of the three dimensions of universities,design companies and design institutes,and aims to break through many bottlenecks such as the lack of policy-oriented functions,the unclear goals of the partners,the insufficiency of cooperative operation mechanisms,and the lack of collaborative sharing environment.Realize the symbiosis of value by building a new policy-oriented model,reshaping a new concept of benefit sharing,and building a new mechanism for mutual benefit and win-win results,it will help promote the seamless docking of professions and industries;create a new environment for collaboration and cooperation,and promote school-enterprise collaborative education,co-construction,sharing,and sharing.That is,reshaping the art and design talent training model of the industry-university-research community,is also an efficient way to cultivate art and design talents,that is:constructing a new mode of art and design talent training for the industry-university-research community,which can not only promote the training of art and design talents in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.Quality construction can also promote the achievement of a win-win situation for multiple entities and realize the coordinated development of education and economy.
