关于足三里、上巨虚和下巨虚穴定位的探讨

摘　　要：对2006年9月颁布的国家标准《腧穴名称与定位》(GB/T 12346-2006)中足三里、上巨虚和下巨虚穴的位置进行探讨,通过分析针灸古籍中三穴穴名释义、取穴方法以及结合现代解剖学知识,提出此三穴的位置应为:足三里在小腿前外侧部,犊鼻下3寸,胫骨前肌外侧缘;上巨虚在小腿前外侧部,犊鼻下6寸,胫骨前肌外侧缘;下巨虚在小腿前外侧部,犊鼻下9寸,胫骨前肌外侧缘,以供商榷。This study probed into the locations of Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37)and Xiajuxu(ST39)in the national standard Nomenclature and Location of Acupuncture Points(GB/T12346-2006)issued in September 2006.Through the analysis of interpretation and selection of the three acupoints in the ancient books of acupuncture and moxibustion,and combined with the knowledge of modern anatomy,it is proposed that the locations of the three acupoints should be as follows,ST36 is in the anterior lateral part of the calf,3 inches under the Dubi(ST35),the external edge of the tibialis anterior muscle;ST37 is in the anterior lateral part of the leg,6 inches under ST35,the outer edge of the tibialis anterior muscle;ST39 is in the anterior lateral part of the leg,9 inches below ST35,the outer edge of the tibialis anterior muscle.
