摘　　要：彝文古籍中蕴含着大量的彝族与疾病作斗争的智慧结晶,其中不乏有反映彝族传统疾病认识的神话、传说、故事、歌谣和谚语,有祭祀经文,更有专业的彝族医药单方、验方和秘方等,从中呈现出彝族先民们对疾病不断探索和认知的历程。在长期的生活实践及宗教信仰的基础上,彝族先贤结合天文、历法等自然科学,从发现致病成因、寻药找药,到愈疾防疾,形成了一套具有彝族民间特色的疾病认知理论和防治体系,折射出彝族对疾病认知的辩证思考和理性之光。Ancient Yi books contain many Yi people’s wisdom in fighting against diseases,including several myths,legends,stories,ballads and proverbs reflecting Yi people’s traditional concept of disease.All books can reflect the process of the Yi people’s continuous exploration and cognition of diseases.According to long-term life practice and religious belief,the ancestors of Yi people have formed a set of disease cognition theory and prevention system with local folk characteristics covering from discovering the cause of disease,looking for medicine,to curing and preventing disease based on the astronomy,calendar and other natural sciences,which have reflected the dialectical thinking and rational light of Yi people's cognition of disease.
