摘　　要：开展农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证是农村土地产权制度改革的一项重要基础内容,对深化农村改革具有影响深远、意义重大。为规范农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作完成后的常态化管理,促进农村土地承包管理信息化建设,本文分析了农村土地承包经营权首次总登记工作完成后,土地登记部门常态化管理中面临的面向变更登记、更正登记、注销登记的问题,提出了通过农村土地承包管理信息系统开发更正登记的功能模块,实现申请人提供符合要求的权源证明材料,管理人员即可在管理信息系统开展变更登记流程,完成差错更正登记,制发新的权证。该方法结合四川省简阳市承包地差错更正登记的实例研究,验证了该方法具有科学性和可行性。The confirmation,registration and certification of the rural land contractual management right is an important part of reform of rural land property right system and has a far-reaching and significant impact on deepening rural reform.In order to standardize the normal management after the same work is completed and promote informatization construction of rural land contract management,this paper has a discussion on problems of change registration,correction registration,deregistration in the normal management of land registration department and puts forward development of correction and registration function module in rural land contract management information system.Managers can carry out the change registration process in the management information system and complete error correction registration and issue new warrants when the applicant provides the required proof of source of authority.The method has been proved to be scientific and feasible in Jianyang.
