摘  要:目的探讨无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对抑郁症患者的海马形态及侧脑室下静脉的影响。方法选择本院2018年5月~2020年5月期间收治的132例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各66例。对照组患者给予常规的抗抑郁治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予MECT治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,海马体积和侧脑室下静脉的最大长度、最大直径、分支数目。结果 (1)研究组患者治疗后的HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)研究组患者治疗后的左侧海马体积、右侧海马体积及海马总体积明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)研究组患者治疗后的侧脑室下静脉的最大长度、最大直径、分支数目明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MECT治疗可显著缓解抑郁症患者的抑郁情绪,促进患者海马形态及侧脑室下静脉的良性变化,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effects of modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)on hippocampal morphology and lateral inferior ventricular vein in patients with depression. Methods A total of 132 patients with depression in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 66 cases in each group. The control group was given routine antidepressant treatment,and the study group was given MECT treatment on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,hippocampal volume,and the maximum length,diameter,and number of branches of the lateral ventricles between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results (1)HAMD score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Left hippocampal volume,right hippocampal volume and total hippocampal volume in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The maximum length,diameter and number of branches of the lateral ventricular inferior vein in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion MECT can significantly alleviate the depressive mood of patients with depression,and promote the benign changes of hippocampal morphology and lateral ventricular inferior veins in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
