文拉法辛和帕罗西汀对伴发焦虑的女性抑郁症患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的比较文拉法辛和帕罗西汀治疗伴发焦虑的女性抑郁症患者的效果。方法将2018年2月~2020年2月收治的80例伴发焦虑的女性抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组40例患者用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组40例患者用文拉法辛治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分及治疗后不良反应量表(TESS)评分。结果治疗后观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分、睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后TESS评分,两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论文拉法辛治疗伴发焦虑的女性抑郁症患者的效果优于帕罗西汀,可更有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高睡眠质量与生活质量。Objective To compare the effect of venlafaxine and paroxetine in the treatment of female depression patients with anxiety. Methods 80 female depression patients with anxiety in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40). The patients in control group wee treated by paroxetine,while patients in observation group by venlafaxine. The SAS score,SDS score,quality of life score and sleep quality and Tess score before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the SAS score,SDS score and sleep quality score in observation group groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The life quality score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Tess score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine is better than paroxetine in the treatment of the female depression patients with anxiety,which can effectively improve the patients’ anxiety and depression,improve the quality of sleep and life,and the side effects are low,so it has high application value.
