摘　　要：目的探讨物理训练联合推拿手法对电切术后的前列腺增生患者并发症及心理状态的影响。方法纳入2018年11月~2019年11月期间均在我院实施经尿道前列腺电切除术的85例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组42例患者在常规心理干预基础上加用物理训练,观察组43例患者在对照组基础上加用推拿手法,对比两组患者治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况、术后恢复情况及心理状态。结果术后2周,观察组最大尿流率高于对照组,残余尿量及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者膀胱痉挛、暂时性尿失禁发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论物理训练联合推拿手法能良好的防治电切术后前列腺增生患者并发症发生,提高患者最大尿流率,降低残余尿量,缓解患者不良情绪。Objective To explore the effects of physical training combined with massage manipulation on postoperative complications and psychological status in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after resection.Methods 85 benign prostatic hyperplasia patients after resection in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table.All postoperative patients received routine psychological intervention.42 patients in the control group received physical training,and 43 patients in the observation group received massage techniques on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,postoperative recovery and psychological status were compared between two groups.Results Two weeks after operation,the maximum urine flow rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the residual urine volume and IPSS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than the control group group(P<0.05).The incidence of bladder spasm and temporary urinary incontinence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical training combined with massage can effectively prevent complications in patients with prostate hyperplasia after resection,increase the patient’s maximum urine flow rate,reduce residual urine volume,and relieve the patient’s depression and anxiety.
