基于产业链的旅游食品安全问题与对策分析

摘　　要：食品安全关系着人们的生命健康,现阶段物质需求得以实现,促进了我国旅游业的发展。以旅游发展为附加要素的旅客食品消费成为旅游城市发展的重要收入来源,因此,旅游食品安全是旅游行业经济平稳发展的重要基础。在旅游行业发展背景下,应当重视旅游食品安全问题。本文基于产业链下,对旅游食品安全问题和对策进行了相关的分析。Food Safety is closely related to people's life and health.At present,material demand can be realized,which promotes the development of tourism in China.Tourist food consumption,which takes tourism development as an additional factor,has become an important source of income for the development of tourist cities.In such a rapid development of the tourism industry,we should pay attention to the issue of tourism food safety.Based on the industrial chain,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of Tourism Food Safety.
