摘 要:伴随市场经济的繁荣发展以及科学技术的不断发展与深化应用,信息技术与各行各业的连接越发紧密,并依托互联网终端逐渐渗透入人们生活、工作的方方面面,对人们的生活和工作方式带来了翻天覆地的影响。传统餐饮业与信息技术的融合,也为餐饮业的发展带来了新的曙光,休闲餐饮门店依托信息技术,实现经营智能化管理,对于提升餐饮门店的服务效率和服务质量有重要意义。基于以上,本文就依托信息化的休闲餐饮门店经营智能化管理体系的发展意义、发展趋势以及布局策略展开深入研究,以期为提升国内外休闲餐饮门店经营智能化管理水平提供一定的理论和实践参考。With the prosperity and development of market economy and the continuous development and deepening application of science and technology,information technology is more and more closely connected with all walks of life,and gradually infiltrates into all aspects of people’s life and work relying on Internet terminals,which has brought earth shaking impact on people’s life and work style.The integration of traditional catering industry and information technology has also brought new dawn to the development of catering industry.Leisure catering stores rely on information technology to realize intelligent management,which is of great significance to improve the service efficiency and service quality of catering stores.Based on the above,this paper makes an in-depth study on the development significance,development trend and layout strategy of the intelligent management system of leisure catering stores relying on information,in order to provide a certain theoretical and practical reference for improving the intelligent management level of leisure catering stores at home and abroad.
