基于数据挖掘技术探析中冲穴1949年前主治优势病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:运用现代统计学和数据挖掘技术,探析中冲穴1949年前主治优势病症和配伍规律。方法:以《中华医典》(第5版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为检索源,筛选文献,建立SQL Server数据库,运用SPSS Modeler对数据进行描述性分析及关联规则分析。结果:纳入医籍87部、民国期刊0册,条文共计296条,单穴主治病症22种,优势病症9种;配伍主治病症61种,优势病症17种,配伍腧穴前3位为关冲、少冲和少商穴。结论:主治病证方面主要以腧穴所在部位之掌热、经脉所过部位之腋肿胁满、肘臂挛痛、心与神志病、急症及热病等方面为主;在腧穴配伍方面,多以本经配伍、同名经配伍、交接经配伍、表里经配伍、大接经法及手十二经配穴法为主。Objective:To explore the dominant diseases and compatibility of Zhongchong(PC9)before 1949 by using modern statistics and data mining technology.Methods:Chinese Medical Dictionary(5th Edition)and Chinese Modern Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were used as search sources to screen literature and establish SQL Server database.SPSS modeler was used to conduct descriptive analysis and association rule analysis on the data.Results:A total of 296 lines were included in 87 medical books,0 volume of the Journals in the Republic of China;there were 22 kinds of diseases treated by single acupoint and 9 kinds of dominant diseases;61 kinds of main diseases and 17 kinds of dominant diseases were treated with points compatibility,and the top three points were Guanchong(SJ1),Shaochong(HT9)and Shaoshang(LU11).Conclusion:The main diseases and syndromes treated by PC9 are palmar heat,axillary swelling and contracture pain of elbow and arm,Heart and mental disease,as well as emergency and heat disease.In terms of acupoints compatibility,it mainly includes the compatibility of points from the same meridian,the compatibility of points from corresponding meridians,the compatibility of points from the handover meridians,the compatibility of points from the exterior and interior meridians,the compatibility of points from the great connecting meridians and the twelve hand meridians.
