扶阳法治疗急性缺血性中风临床用药规律

摘　　要：目的:通过文献研究总结分析扶阳法治疗急性缺血性中风的现代临床配伍用药规律。方法:提取2021年2月以前的所有以扶阳法治疗急性缺血性中风的临床研究文献中的中药组方内容,用Excel 2016创建药物组方数据库,用SPSS26统计学软件对所有中药运用频数进行统计分析和聚类分析,用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0对药物进行关联分析。结果:本研究最终纳入261篇合格文献,药物共212味,共计医治患者13346例,其中活血化瘀药、补虚药、平肝熄风药、清热药最常与扶阳药配伍。与扶阳药配伍常见的药对为桂枝-川芎、桂枝-当归、桂枝-地龙、桂枝-赤芍、桂枝-桃仁;补阳还五汤加桂枝、丹参,二陈汤合小续命汤加减为扶阳法治疗急性缺血性中风常用方。结论:扶阳药与活血化瘀药、补虚药、平肝熄风药、清热药配伍可增强防治急性缺血性中风的临床效果。Objective:To summarize and analyze the modern clinical compatibility and medication rules of yangreinforcing method for acute ischemic stroke through literature research.Methods:The Chinese herbal prescriptions in all clinical research literatures on yang-reinforcing method for acute ischemic stroke before February 2021 were extracted;the database of prescriptions was created by Excel 2016;statistical analysis and cluster analysis on the frequency of Chinese medicine application were performed by SPSS26 statistical software;the association analysis on medicines was performed by IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0.Results:A total of 261 qualified literatures were included in this study,with 212 medicines and 13346 cases of patients.Among the prescriptions,medicines for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,supplementing deficiency,calming the liver and extinguishing wind,and clearing heat were most often compatible with yang-reinforcing medicines.Common couplet medicines compatible with yang-reinforcing medicines were Ramulus Cinnamomi-Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Ramulus Cinnamomi-Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Ramulus Cinnamomi-Pheretima,Ramulus Cinnamoni-Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Ramulus Cinnamomi-Semen Persicae.The commonly used prescription for acute ischemic stroke was Buyang Huanwu tang combined with Ramulus Cinnamomi and Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,as well as modified Erchen tang combined with Xiaoxuming tang.Conclusion:The combination of yang-reinforcing medicines with medicines for invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,supplementing deficiency,calming the liver and extinguishing wind,and clearing heat can enhance the clinical effect of preventing and treating acute ischemic stroke.
