参麦注射液治疗对肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液治疗对肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取肺癌患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组应用常规化疗方案(吉西他滨^(+)顺铂)治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用参麦注射液治疗。结果:治疗前,2组免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA、IgM水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IgG、IgA及IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK细胞水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-6、IL-10水平低于对照组,IFN-γ、TNF-α水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组恶心呕吐、白细胞计数降低、血小板减少发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合常规化疗治疗肺癌可取得较好疗效,能够提高患者的免疫功能,改善T淋巴细胞水平及炎症因子水平。Objective:To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on immune function in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with lung cancer were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine chemotherapeutic regimens with gecitabine and cisplatin,and the study group was additionally treated with Shenmai injection based on the treatment of the control group.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of innunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgA and IgM between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and natural killer(NK)cell between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and NK cell in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-γand TNF-αwere higher(P<0.05),differences being significant.During treatment,the incidences of nausea and vomiting,and decreases of white blood cells and platelets in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection combined with routine chemotherapy can get a good curative effect in treating lung cancer,improve immune function and levels of T-lymphocytes,improve levels of inflammatory factors.
