摘　　要：傅志泉教授认为脾胃虚弱是消化性溃疡(PU)的根本发病内因,气血失调是PU发病的病理关键,湿热蕴结是PU发病的重要因素。临床辨证,当标本兼顾,莫忘气血;临床治疗,当衷中参西,相得益彰。为此,在PU的治疗中,傅教授常以健脾为主,提高胃黏膜修复能力;理气为辅,缓解胃脘疼痛证候;化瘀为要,改善胃黏膜微循环;清解为治,有助于幽门螺杆菌感染的根除。Professor FU Zhiquan believes that the spleen-stomach weakness is the fundamental internal cause of peptic ulcer(PU),qi-blood disharmony is the pathological key of PU,and dampness-heat accumulation is an important factor of PU.As for clinical syndrome differentiation,the tip and root of the disease as well as qi and blood should be taken into consideration;in clinical treatment,the combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine can bring out the best in each other.Therefore,in the treatment of PU,Professor FU often focuses on strengthening the spleen to improve the repair ability of gastric mucosa,regulates qi to relieve epigastric pain syndrome as an assisting therapy,takes resolving stasis as the key of the treatment to improve gastric mucosal microcirculation,applies the method of clearing and detoxifying to help the eradication of helicobacter pylori.
