一体化小班教学在“国维班”中西医结合内科教学中的应用探讨

摘　　要：“国维班”是广州中医药大学在创新中医学专业人才培养模式上进行探索的特色班种之一,为秉承“早临床,多临床,反复临床”的医学教育理念,其临床课程采用“课堂教学+床边教学(BT)+问题导向式教学(PBL)”相结合的一体化小班教学模式。其中内科学作为临床医学各科的基础学科,涉及面广,知识量丰富,若在教学实践中采用一体化小班教学模式,可取得一定成效。本文就一体化小班教学模式在国维班内科教学中的应用进行了有益的探讨,以供临床教学参考借鉴。“Guowei Class”is one of the characteristic class types explored by Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in the innovation of Chinese medicine professional talent training mode.In order to uphold the medical education concept of"early,multiple and repeated clinical practice",its clinical courses adopt the integrated small-class teaching mode of"classroom teaching plus bedside teaching(BT)plus problem based learning(PBL)teaching".As a basic discipline of clinical medicine,internal medicine covers a wide range of aspects and contains rich knowledge.If the integrated small-class teaching model is adopted in teaching internal medicine,certain results can be achieved.This paper discusses the application of integrated small-class teaching mode in internal medicine teaching of“Guowei Class”,so as to provide reference in clinical teaching.
