摘　　要：新一轮审核评估将对高校分层分类评估,以促进高校分类建设、内涵发展。新建普通本科院校往往面临基础差、底子薄的现实困境,应当从统筹做好发展规划、完善专业布局、改革人才培养模式、完善协同育人体系、创建优质示范项目、加强办学条件建设、完善质量保障体系等方面着手,精心谋划、提前准备,以高质量人才培养为目标接受审核评估。The new round of audit and evaluation will evaluate universities by level and classification,so as to promote the classified construction and connotation development of universities.Newly-built universities often face the realistic dilemma of poor and weak foundation.They should make careful planning and preparation in advance from the aspects of overall development planning,improving specialty layout,reforming talent training mode,improving collaborative education system,creating high-quality demonstration projects,strengthening the construction of school running conditions and improving quality assurance system.And they also should take high-quality talent training as the goal and accept the audit and evaluation.
