研究生招生线上复试工作的几点思考

摘　　要：近几年,参加全国硕士研究生统考的人数逐年增加。考生之间的竞争压力越来越大,招生单位的压力也越来越大。考研复试成了研究生招生单位在初试的佼佼者中根据培养目标选拔理想人才的重要环节。2020年,全国各高校的研究生招生均开启了线上复试工作。线上复试很大程度节省了时间成本,同时突破了空间限制,为复试工作提供了便利,但也对复试纪律提出了更高的要求。如何合理设置线上复试的各个环节,确保公平公正地选拔人才,是社会应当关注和思考的问题。In recent years,the number of candidates that take the national postgraduate examination has been increasing year by year.The pressure of competition among candidates is increasing,and the pressure of admissions units is also increasing.The re-examination of postgraduate entrance examination has become an important part of the selection of ideal talents based on the training objectives among the outstanding candidates of the postgraduate enrollment unit.In 2020,the online re-examination work has been started for the postgraduate enrollment of colleges and universities across the country.The online re-examination greatly saves time and cost,and at the same time,it breaks through the space limitation and provides convenience for the re-examination work.However,the online re-examination puts higher demands on the discipline.How to set up each link of the online re-examination reasonably to ensure fair work in the selection of talents is a matter of concern and consideration by the society.
