摘 要:探讨专科医院实行一对一本科生导师制的可行性,研究导师制对学生的学习、科研指导、个人规划等方面的影响,并根据调查结果提出建议。通过对昆明医科大学2016级临床医学专业30名本科生进行问卷调查,收集学生对实行一对一本科生导师制的满意度及具体原因。结果表明,一对一本科生导师制对学业指导、考研就业及个人规划等方面有较大影响,对科研创新等方面影响甚微。专科医院实行本科生导师制要考虑特殊性,要结合综合医院和研究生导师制的经验及本科生自身学习特点,在此基础上改进本科生导师制,以创造良好的条件培养医学人才。This paper discusses the feasibility of implementing one-to-one undergraduate tutorial system in specialized hospitals,studies the impact of tutorial system on students’ learning,scientific research guidance and personal planning,and puts forward some suggestions according to the survey results.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 30 undergraduates majoring in Clinical Medicine of Grade 2016 in Kunming Medical University to investigate students’ satisfaction with the implementation of the one-to-one undergraduate tutorial system and the specific reasons.The results show that the one-to-one undergraduate tutorial system has a great impact on academic guidance,postgraduate entrance examination and employment and personal planning,but has little impact on scientific research innovation.When implementing the undergraduate tutorial system in specialized hospitals,we should consider the particularity,combine the experience of general hospitals with postgraduate tutorial system and the learning characteristics of undergraduates,and improve the undergraduate tutorial system on this basis,so as to create good conditions for training medical talents.
