摘  要:作为世界近现代法律教育的发源地之一,英国历经变革形成了独具特色的法律教育模式。英国的传统法律教育经历了从学徒制到学院制的历史演进,其中学徒制以律师会馆为载体。现代法律教育以大学教育与职业教育的分工合作为主要表现形式,二者资源优化配置共同促进法律教育制度的完善。英国法律教育的培养目标注重职业化,法律教育与职业联系密切又彼此独立,教学方法灵活多样,课程设置具有层次性和多元化特征,其成熟经验为我国的法律教育改革提供了借鉴。As one of the birthplaces of modern legal education in the world,the UK has undergone reforms to form a legal education mode with its own independent characteristics.The traditional legal education in the UK has experienced a historical evolution from the apprenticeship system to the academy system,and the apprenticeship system takes the Law Society as the carrier.The modern legal education in the United Kingdom is mainly manifested in the division of labor and cooperation between university education and vocational education.The resources of the two are optimized to promote the improvement of the legal education system.The training objective of legal education in the UK focuses on professionalism.Legal education and profession are closely related and independent of each other.Teaching methods are flexible and diverse.The curriculum is hierarchical and diverse.Its mature experience can provide a mirror for the reform of legal education of China.
