多级A/O工艺在酒厂废水脱氮处理工程中的应用

摘  要:四川省某酒厂扩容后设计日处理4500 m^(3)/d的酿酒综合废水,设计出水水质优于GB 27631—2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》直接排放的水污染物排放限值。经综合比较,选定"预处理+厌氧发酵+气浮+多级A/O+A^(2)/O+超磁除磷"组合工艺对酒厂废水处理站进行扩容改造。核心工艺多级A/O的反硝化脱氮能力显著,最终出水水质满足设计要求,另外还介绍整体工艺涉及的主要构(建)筑物及其设计参数,为其他类似酒厂的废水处理提供参考。After capacity expansion,a winery in Sichuan Province was of 4500 m^(3)/d comprehensive brewing wastewater.The effluent was better than the direct discharge requirements of the GB27631—2011 Wastewater Emission Standards for Fermented Alcohol and Liquor Industry.By comprehensive comparison,the combination process of pretreatment,anaerobic fermentation,air flotation,multi-stage A/O,A^(2)/O and supermagnetic phosphorus removal was selected to reconstruct the wastewater treatment station.The denitrification efficiency of the multi-stage A/O process was very significant,and final effluent indicators of the wastewater met the designed discharge requirements.Meanwhile,the main structures and their designed parameters were presented,which could provide references for other similar winery wastewater treatment.
