浙江公众对创建食品安全城市满意度模型实证研究

摘　　要：公众满意度是评价一个城市创建成效的重要标志。文章采用结构方程模型实证分析浙江省11个食品安全创建市公众满意度,平均得分为79.69分。模型各维度Cronbach’s α系数均大于0.7,总信度为0.913,修正后模型拟合指标CMIN/DF为10.904,GFI、IFI、CFI、TLI均大于0.9,RMSEA为0.075,模型总体良好。Amos分析发现食品安全违法行为打击力度、食品安全宣传工作成效每提高1%,满意度均提高0.56%,对满意度影响最大;食品安全监管工作满意度与食品安全总体满意度呈强正线性相关,相关系数为0.970。食品安全满意度与当地GDP呈负线性相关,每提高1%,满意度下降0.711%。利用TOPSIS分析,结果发现11个创建食品安全城市满意度的排名与模型实证结果相一致。Public satisfaction is an important sign to evaluate the effect of the establishment of food safety city.The structural equation model was used to empirically analyze the public satisfaction degree of 11 food safety founding cities in Zhejiang Province,with an average score of 79.69.The Cronbach’s α coefficient for each dimension of the model was all above 0.7;The questionaire was 0.913;The CMIN/DF value of 10.904,the GFI,IFI,CFI,TLI were all above 0.9,and RMSEA value was 0.075;The model was generally good.Amos was used to analyze the survey the results showed that the degree of cracking down on illegal activities and publicity efforts had the greatest impact on the satisfaction degree,and each index increasing 1% satisfaction degree would increase by 0.56%.There was a strong positive linear correlation between the satisfaction of food safety supervision and the overall satisfaction of food safety,and the correlation coefficient was 0.970.There was a negative linear correlation between food safety satisfaction degree and GDP,and every 1% improvement would decrease by 0.711%.Using TOPSIS analysis,it was found that the satisfaction of the establishment of 11 food safety cities was consistent with the empirical results of the model.
