摘　　要：[目的/意义]解析韩国期刊评价指标体系,揭示其特点、效果及对我国学术期刊引文索引建设的启示,有利于我国构建反映学术水平与贡献的期刊评价体系,打造良性的科研环境。[方法/过程]运用文献分析方法,解析韩国学术期刊引文索引的管理体系、指标构成、评选规则、特点与成效,与我国的学术期刊引文索引建设和科研评价体系进行对比。[结果/结论]韩国KCI评价体系由资格评价、体系评价、内容评价三个部分构成,采用政府与专业、定性与定量、匿名与公开评价相结合的方法,评价指标详尽全面,宽进严管,公平严谨,能够激励学术期刊提高办刊水平,提升科研人员的科研兴趣,值得借鉴。[Purpose/significance]To analyze the Korean Citation Index evaluation system,reveal its characteristics,effects and the enlightenment to the construction of the index of the core academic journal in China,which is beneficial to China’s construction of journal evaluation system reflecting real academic level.[Method/process]Using the method of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the management system,index composition,selection rules,characteristics and effectiveness of KCI,and compares it with the citation index construction and scientific research evaluation system of core journals in China.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the KCI evaluation system is constituted by three parts of eligibility evaluation,system evaluation,and content evaluation.The method of combining government and specialty,qualitative and quantitative,anonymous and public evaluation is adopted.The evaluation indicators are detailed and comprehensive,lenient,strict management,fair and rigorous.It can encourage academic journals to improve the level of running journals and enhance the scientific research interests of scientific researchers,which is worthy of reference.
