摘　　要：灾害救援医学是我国近年来出现的一门新兴学科,它综合了医学、信息学、社会管理学、危机管理学等多领域的知识,是针对突发灾难事故决策优化的一种科学研究。院前急救主要承担着急危重患者的急救、突发灾害事件及重大事故紧急救援和重大活动保障,是医疗急救的重要组成部分。灾害医学救援与院前医疗急救的共性势必会催生二者的共同发展。为了建立中国特色社会主义新时代应急管理体系,提高救援能力,将灾害医学救援与院前医疗急救体系深度融合就显得尤为重要。目前二者的融合发展对我们来讲还仅仅是一种新的尝试。如何构建适应新时代新要求的我国应急医疗救援体系、提高医疗救援能力、培养专业化救援人才等众多的问题函待我们进一步去解决。Disaster medical rescue is an emerging discipline in China in recent years. It integrates the knowledge of medicine,informatics, social management, crisis management and other fields. It is a scientific research on the decision-making optimization of sudden disaster accidents. Pre-hospital emergency aid mainly undertakes the emergency aid, emergency/disaster events, emergency rescue and major activities guarantee. It is an important part of medical emergency aid. The commonality of disaster medical rescue and pre-hospital medical emergency aid is bound to promote the common development of both. In order to establish an emergency management system in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and improve the rescue capabilities, it is particularly important to deeply integrate the disaster medical rescue with the pre-hospital emergency aid system. The current integration and development of both is just a new attempt for us. How to build China’s emergency medical rescue system to meet the new requirements of the new era, improve the medical rescue capabilities, cultivate professional rescue talents and many other problems remain to be further solved by us.
