摘　　要：节律基因是随着日夜交替而具有周期性表达的一系列基因。节律基因参与大部分真核和原核细胞具有周期性的细胞活动。许多研究表明细胞中的节律基因的表达与恶性肿瘤的发生、进展以及预后存在一定关系,本文将对节律基因与恶性肿瘤之间的关系加以总结概括。Rhythm genes are a series of genes expressed in cyclical rhythms with the alternation of day and night. The genes involve in most periodic cellular activity of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. A lot of researches suggest that there is a certain relationship between rhythm genes expression and the occurrence, progression and prognosis of malignant tumors. This article will summarize the relationship between rhythm genes and malignant tumors.
