人参皂苷Rh2治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及对血清血管内皮生长因子和白介素-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人参皂苷Rh2治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及对患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2020年10月间榆阳区妇幼保健院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者给予米非司酮常规治疗,观察组在米非司酮的基础上给予人参皂苷Rh2治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后的子宫、肌瘤体积以及血清VEGF和IL-6水平。结果对照组患者的总有效率为75.0%,低于观察组的92.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的子宫体积和肌瘤体积均缩小,且观察组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VEGF和IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论米非司酮联合人参皂苷Rh2可显著缩小子宫肌瘤患者的子宫体积和肌瘤体积,降低血清VEGF和IL-6水平,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of ginsenoside Rh2 for uterine fibroids and its effect on serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and interleukin-6( IL-6). Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Yuyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected from October 2017 to October 2020. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 40 patients in each group using random number table method. Patients in the experimental group received mifepristone and ginsenoside Rh2 and patients in the control group were given mifepristone. The clinical treatment efficacy,uterine and fibroid volume,as well as serum VEGF and IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The overall effective rate was 75. 0% in the control group which was lower than 92. 5% of the observation group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the uterine volume and the volume of the leiomyomas were reduced in the two groups,and the volume was smaller in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). After treatment,VEGF and IL-6 levels were decreased in the two groups,and the levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with ginsenoside Rh2 can significantly reduce the volume of uterine and fibroids,reduce serum VEGF and IL-6 levels in patients with uterine fibroids with significant clinical efficacy.
