摘　　要：为研究IL-7和IL-15在前列腺癌患者血清以及癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义,采用ELISA检测血清中IL-7和IL-15水平,采用免疫组织化学法检测前列腺癌组织中IL-7和IL-15的表达情况,分析IL-7和IL-15在前列腺癌患者血清以及组织中的表达水平与前列腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果显示,IL-7和IL-15在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为72.16%和62.96%,均明显高于前列腺增生组织(38.23%、35.29%,P<0.05);IL-7和IL-15在前列腺癌患者中的表达水平与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等生物学行为显著相关(P<0.05)。该研究提示,IL-7和IL-15在前列腺癌组织中高表达,可能存在协同作用,并与前列腺癌侵袭性有关。To study the expression levels of IL-7 and IL-15 in the serum and cancer tissues of patients with prostate cancer and their clinical significance, ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-7 and IL-15 in the serum;the immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IL-7 and IL-15 in the prostate cancer tissue, and the correlation between the concentration of IL-7 and IL-15 in the serum and cancer tissues of patients with prostate cancer and the clinicopathological characteristics of prostate cancer were analyzed. The results showed that the positive expression rate of IL-7 in the serum and tissue of patients with prostate cancer were 72.16% and the positive expression rate of IL-15 was 62.96%, which were significantly higher than those in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(38.23%,35.29%), respectively(P<0.05). The expression levels of IL-7 and IL-15 in patients with prostate cancer were significantly correlated with clinical stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). This study shows that IL-7 and IL-15 are highly expressed in prostate cancer tissues, they may have a synergistic effect and may be related to the invasiveness of prostate cancer.
