农垦精神引领下的“六维一体”文化育人模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：“六维一体”文化育人模式是以农垦精神为核心,以学生德智体美劳全面发展为目标,对学生进行综合素质培育的育人模式。通过营造富有农垦特色的物化环境氛围,构建融入农垦精神内涵的通识拓展特色课程,开展以农垦精神为主线的精品文化活动,完善配套的农垦文化建设制度和激励机制,实现学生发展过程的量化管理,促进“三全育人”的具体实践。The“six-dimensional”cultural education model is an education mode that takes the spirit of agricultural reclamation as the core,and the all-round development of students'morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor as the goal to cultivate students’comprehensive qualities.By creating a materialized environment atmosphere full of agricultural reclamation characteristics,building a general education development characteristic course platform integrated into the connotation of agricultural reclamation spirit,carrying out high-quality cultural activities with agricultural reclamation spirit as the main line,and improving the supporting construction system and incentive mechanism of agricultural reclamation culture,we have realized the quantitative management of students’development process and promoted the specific practice of“three complete education”.
