摘  要:某公司冷轧机中间辊发生脱皮事故及工作辊断裂事故,通过对轧辊缺陷样品进行宏观检测、金相检测、扫描电镜检测分析发现,中间辊脱皮事故是由于轧辊表面裂纹引起的,而产生表面裂纹的根本原因是中间辊减径2 mm后的表面硬度太低;冷轧机工作辊的使用时间很短,又属一次性瞬时断裂,断裂源为一条淬火裂纹,金相分析进一步证明该轧辊存在严重的冶金缺陷,因此,此工作辊短时断裂原因属于制造不当所致。A middle roll peeling and work roll fracture accident occurred on a cold rolling mill of a company.Roll specimens with defects have been analyzed by means of macro detection,metallographic inspection and scanning electric microscope,it showed that the intermediate roll peeling resulted from roll surface cracks and the root cause of the crack is that the surface hardness of the intermediate roll reduced by 2 mm is too low;the working time of the cold rolling mill work roll is very short,and it is a one-time instantaneous fracture.The source of the work roll fracture is a quenching crack.The metallographic analysis further proves that the roll has serious metallurgical defects,and the short-term fracture of this work roll is caused by improper manufacturing.
