摘　　要：【目的】探讨Halliwick疗法对痉挛型脑瘫患儿下肢运动技能的影响。【方法】收集2018年1月至2019年12月在本院诊治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿80例,按照患儿家属意愿分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用Halliwick疗法,康复训练3个月后比较两组患儿下肢平衡能力、粗大运动及精细运动能力。【结果】治疗3个月后,对照组患儿平衡能力和下肢粗大运动能力无明显改善(P>0.05),精细运动能力增强(P<0.05);观察组在平衡能力、下肢精细运动及下肢粗大运动均明显增强(P<0.05),且精细运动能力明显强于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】Halliwick疗法可有效提高患儿的下肢运动技能水平,提升患儿整体协调性,尤其是对患儿下肢粗大运动能力的提升,值得临床进一步推广应用。【Objective】To investigate the effect of halliwick therapy on lower limb motor skills in children with spastic cerebral palsy.【Methods】A total of 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected and divided into control group and observation group according to the wishes of their families,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received halliwick therapy on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of rehabilitation training,the lower limb balance ability,gross motor ability and fine motor ability of the two groups were compared.【Results】After 3 months of treatment,The balance ability and gross motor ability of lower limbs in the control group were not significantly improved(P>0.05),and the fine motor ability was enhanced(P<0.05);the balance ability,fine motor ability and gross motor ability of lower limbs in the observation group were significantly enhanced(P<0.05),and the fine motor ability was significantly stronger than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Halliwick therapy can effectively improve children's lower limb motor skills,improve children's overall coordination,especially improve children's gross motor ability of lower limbs,which is worthy of further clinical application.
