摘  要:采用电化学还原法,通过简单沉积制备了一种稳定的r GO-Au/GCE复合膜修饰电极。结果显示:该复合修饰电极对多巴胺(DA)的测定具有良好的催化活性。优化条件下,多巴胺在-0.2~0.7 V范围内有1对可逆的氧化还原峰出现。DA复合电极的响应在1×10^(-5)~9×10^(-4)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限为1×10^(-8)mol/L。此外,该传感器在潜在干扰电活性物质的影响下表现出灵敏度高、选择性好、稳定性强等特性。In the experiment,an electrochemical reduction method is used to prepare a stable rGO-Au/GCE composite film modified electrode through simple deposition.The results show that the composite modified electrode has good catalytic activity for the determination of dopamine(DA).Under optimized conditions,dopamine has a pair of reversible redox peaks in the range of-0.2 to 0.7 V.The response of the DA composite electrode shows a linear relationship in the range of 1×10^(-5)~9×10^(-4) mol/L,and the detection limit is 1×10^(-8) mol/L.In addition,the sensor exhibits high sensitivity,good selectivity,and strong stability under the influence of potentially interfering electroactive substances.
