摘　　要：根据教育部、卫生部"关于实施卓越医生教育培养计划的意见"指示,围绕农村医疗卫生服务的基本要求及服务需求,江西中医药高等专科学校通过院校教育与师承教育相结合,深化三年制中医学专科教育人才培养模式改革,提升学生的专业知识掌握能力、动手能力、中医思维能力及中医临床综合能力,培养了一批有理论、能力强、临床好、素质高,下得去、用得上、留得住,适应农村医疗卫生服务需求的中医临床实用人才,在中医基层人才培养改革方面,取得了一定的成效。According to“Suggestions on the implementation of training program of excellent doctors”by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health,medical education should center around the basic requirements of the rural medical and health services.Oriented by the combination of college education and apprentice-style education,Jiangxi Technical College of Traditional Chinese Medicine has made further reform on three-year program cultivating mode of TCM specialty talents in improving students’professional knowledge,developing their practical ability,developing their TCM thinking,and enhancing their clinical competency comprehensively.The education reform has cultivated TCM specialty talents of high quality with good command of TCM theory and qualified clinical competency.They are able go to work in the primary health services,qualified for the posts and able to provide services,which are adaptable to the needs of rural medical and health services.The exploration has made desirable outcomes in cultivating TCM talents at the grass-roots level.
