摘 要:掌握不同利用方式对草原植物和土壤碳、氮和磷生态化学计量特征的影响,可为全面分析和评估不同利用方式对草原生态系统的影响提供基础数据。以贝加尔针茅草原围封、放牧和刈割3种草地为研究对象,研究不同利用方式对贝加尔针茅、羊草和扁蓿豆3种主要植物叶片和土壤碳、氮和磷化学计量特征的影响,分析植物与土壤化学计量之间的相互关系。结果表明,与围封相比,放牧显著增加3种植物叶片全氮含量和贝加尔针茅、扁蓿豆叶片氮磷比;刈割显著增加贝加尔针茅和羊草叶片碳氮比,显著降低贝加尔针茅和羊草叶片全氮含量和氮磷比(P<0.05)。利用方式、物种以及它们之间的交互作用显著影响植物叶片碳、氮、磷化学计量特征。围封增加了0~10cm土层土壤有机碳含量、碳氮比、碳磷比和10~20cm土层土壤碳磷比。不同利用方式对20~30cm土层土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷含量和化学计量比影响不显著。植物与土壤碳、氮、磷化学计量比密切相关,但不同物种与土壤碳、氮、磷化学计量比间的相关关系存在分异。Understanding the effects of different utilization modes on the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)in grassland plants and soil can provide fundamental data for comprehensively evaluating the effects of different utilization modes on grassland ecosystem.Taking Stipa baicalensis grassland as the research object,this experiment explored the effects of three utilization modes(enclosure,grazing and cutting)on stoichiometric characteristics of C,N and P in leaves of three dominant plants(S.baicalensis,Leymus chinensis,Melissitus ruthenica)and soil layers,in which the relationship between plants and soil stoichiometry was also studied.The results showed that compared with enclosure,grazing significantly increased the total N content in leaves of three dominant plants and N∶P in leaves of S.baicalensis and M.ruthenica.Cutting significantly increased C∶N of S.baicalensis and L.chinensis leaves,and significantly decreased the total N content and N∶P in S.baicalensis and L.chinensis(P<0.05).The utilization mode,species and their interaction significantly affected the stoichiometric characteristics of C,N and P in plant leaves.Enclosure increased soil organic C content,and C∶N and C∶P in 0~10 cm soil layer,and C∶P in 10~20 cm soil layer.Different utilization modes had no significant effect on the contents of soil organic C,total N and P,and their stoichiometric ratios in 20~30 cm soil layer.In conclusion,plants were closely related to soil C,N and P stoichiometric ratios,but the correlation between different species and soil C,N and P stoichiometric ratios was different.
