摘  要:在分析现有五轴数控电火花成型机床结构的基础上,提出一种主轴可以绕X轴和Y轴旋转的机床结构方案,对其中的关键部件A/B轴旋转机构进行了设计。阐述A轴与B轴的传动结构与原理,并就消除减速箱传动间隙、锁紧机构等关键技术进行了研究,同时经过计算后选取了合适的伺服电机。By analyzing the structure of current five-axis NC EDM machine tool,a scheme that spindle rotates around X axis and Y axis was put forward.A/B rotating mechanism,the key components,were designed,and their transmission principle was illustrated.The key technologies such as locking mechanism as well as eliminating transmission backlash of decelerator were studied.Meanwhile,servo motor was selected through calculation.
