摘  要:目的通过普洱茶提取物的降血脂试验,探讨其降血脂的效果。方法雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分为模型组和空白对照组。模型组66只,空白对照组14只,对照组给予基础饲料,模型组给予高脂饲料。每周称1次体质量,实验2周后,两组均不禁食采集内眦血样,测定血清总胆固醇(serum total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density liptein cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density liptein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平。根据TC水平将模型组随机分为4组,模型组40只大鼠分为低、中、高剂量组和模型对照组,每组10只;空白对照组10只。分别称取普洱茶提取物10、20、40 g,加蒸馏水至400 mL。以灌胃量1.0 mL/100 g给予灌胃,每日1次,连续4周。模型对照组和空白对照组给予等量蒸馏水。空白对照组继续基础饮食,模型对照组和3个剂量组继续高脂饮食。试验结束后,所有大鼠均不禁食内眦采血,检测TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平。结果试验第2周,模型组TC(2.65±0.21)、TG(4.00±0.99)和LDL-C(0.69±0.08)均高于空白对照组(1.83±0.25、1.38±0.28、0.22±0.04),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明混合型高脂血症动物模型建立。实验结束时,各剂量组体质量增加与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高剂量组TC(2.73±0.36)和TG(1.81±0.57)均低于模型对照组(3.20±0.60、3.08±1.28),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);低剂量组TG(1.96±0.57)低于模型对照组(3.08±1.28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组血清HDL-C与模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该普洱茶提取物具有一定的降脂作用。Objective To explore the effect of Pu’er tea extract on reducing blood lipid through the lipid-lowering test.Methods80 male SD rats were randomly divided into the model group and the blank control group,66 in the model group and 14 in the blank control group.The control group was given basic diet and the model group was given high-fat diet.The animals were weighed once a week.After two weeks of experiment,blood samples were collected from the inner canthus of both groups without fasting.The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density liptein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density liptein cholesterol(LDL-C).According to the level of TC,40 rats in model group was randomly divided into four groups,including low,medium,high dose groups and model control group,10 rats in each group,and 10 rats in the blank control group.10,20 and40 g of Pu’er tea extract were weighed respectively and add distilled water to 400 mL.The three dose groups were given 1.0 mL/100 g once a day for four weeks.The model control group and blank control group were given the same amount of distilled water.The blank control group continued the basic diet.The model control group and the three dose groups continued the high-fat diet.At the end of the experiment,blood samples were collected from the inner canthus of all rats without fasting to detect the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C.Results In the second week of the experiment,the levels of TC(2.65±0.21),TG(4.00±0.99)and LDL-C(0.69±0.08)in the model group were higher than those in the blank control group(1.83±0.25,1.38±0.28,0.22±0.04),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the animal model of mixed hyperlipidemia was established.At the end of the experiment,there were no statistically significant differences in weight gain between each dose group and the model control group(P>0.05).The levels of TC(2.73±0.36)and TG(1.81±0.57)in the high dose group were lower than that in the model control group,and the differences were statistically
