益气养阴汤联合长春瑞滨+顺铂在肺癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴汤联合长春瑞滨+顺铂(NP)方案在肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法按治疗方法将90例肺癌患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组患者给予常规NP方案化疗,观察组患者给予益气养阴汤联合NP方案化疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原153(CA153)]水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8]水平和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4个疗程后,观察组患者治疗总缓解率为77.78%,明显高于对照组患者的51.11%(P﹤0.01)。两组患者乏力、胸闷胸痛、脉虚无力、五心烦热积分均低于本组治疗前(P﹤0.05),且观察组患者乏力、胸闷胸痛、脉虚无力、五心烦热积分均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗4个疗程后,两组患者CEA、CA153、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于本组治疗前(P﹤0.05),且观察组患者CEA、CA153、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组患者剧烈呕吐、骨髓抑制、肝功能损伤、脱发发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论益气养阴汤联合NP方案化疗治疗肺癌的疗效显著,可明显降低炎性因子水平、肿瘤标志物水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective To investigate the application effect of yiqi yangyin decoction combined with vinorelbine+cisplatin(NP)regimen in patients with lung cancer.Method According to the treatment method,90 patients with lung cancer were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional NP chemotherapy,and the patients in the observation group were given yiqi yangyin decoction combined with NP chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)]levels,inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After 4 courses of treatment,the total remission rate in the observation group was 77.78%,which was significantly higher than 51.11%in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of fatigue,chest tightness and chest pain,weak pulse,and five heart upset heat in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of fatigue,chest tightness and chest pain,weak pulse,and five heart upset heat in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the levels of CEA,CA153,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CEA,CA153,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of severe vomiting,bone marrow suppression,liver function damage and hair loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi yangyin decoction combined with NP chemotherapy has a significant effect in the treatment of lung cancer,and can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and tumor markers without increasing adverse reactions.
