摘　　要：为提高山坡、丘陵等复杂地形的果园喷雾质量,课题组设计了一款履带自走式风送喷雾机。在确定喷雾机总体技术要求的基础上,通过理论分析与计算,对履带行走系统和风送喷雾系统进行了设计与选型。测试结果显示,该喷雾机的外形尺寸为3430 mm×1630 mm×1260 mm,喷雾机行驶速度为1.7 km/h~5.6 km/h,整机最小离地间隙高度为184 mm,喷雾宽幅≥18 m。测试结果表明:该喷雾机能够满足一般丘陵山地果园植保作业,可提高喷雾作业效率,降低工作人员劳动强度。In order to improve the spray quality of orchards with complex terrains such as mountain slopes and hills,the research team has designed a crawler self-propelled air blower.On the basis of determining the overall technical requirements of the sprayer,through theoretical analysis and calculations,the crawler walking system and the air-sending spray system were designed.The test results show that the outline size of the air blower is 3430 mm×1630 mm×1260 mm,the speed of the air blower is 1.7 km/h~5.6 km/h,the minimum ground clearance height of the whole machine is 184 mm,and the width of the blower is≥18 m.The test results show that in the general hilly orchard environment,this air blower can meet the requirements of plant protection,which can improve the efficiency of spraying operations and reduce the labor intensity of personnel.
