摘　　要：消化道早癌的及时发现和干预是避免其向进展期癌症发展的关键,其早期发现高度依赖消化内镜的筛查,而传统白光内镜对早癌筛查存在一定的局限性。目前越来越多新的内镜成像技术出现,使得消化道早癌的精准筛查成为可能。It is vital to detect and intervene early gastrointestinal cancer before its progression to advanced carcinoma,which is highly dependent on digestive endoscopy screening.There are certain limitations in conventional white-light inspection.It becomes possible to accurately screen early gastrointestinal cancer with advanced endoscopic imaging techniques.
