摘  要:针对某板式同步器齿环冲锻成形中齿部填充不足的问题,探讨了摩擦对金属流动的影响,提出了提高齿部填充的优化方案。研究表明,由于冲锻成形模结构与材料流动变形的特殊性,减小上、下模的整体摩擦并不利于齿部填充;将模具与板料的接触区划分为齿腔内区和压边接触区,齿腔内区的摩擦对填充性的影响类似传统模锻,即摩擦越小越利于填充;压边接触区的摩擦则阻碍金属外流,增大了齿部成形时的静水压力,使齿形更加饱满;增加阻力台能获得比调整摩擦更佳的齿部填充效果,但成形载荷会大幅提高。Aiming at solving the problem of insufficient tooth filling of the plate synchronizer tooth ring in sheet-bulk metal forming, the influence of friction on metal flow was discussed, and an optimal scheme to improve tooth filling was put forward. The results showed that it was not good for tooth filling to reduce the overall friction of upper and lower half of die due to the special structure of sheet-bulk metal forming die and material flow deformation. The contact zone between the die and the sheet metal was divided into the tooth cavity area and the blank holder contact area, and the effect of friction in the tooth cavity area on filling was similar to that of traditional die forging,which meant the less the friction was, the better it was for filling. The friction in the blank holder contact area obstructed metal outflow and increased the hydrostatic pressure during tooth forming, which made the tooth shape full. It could get better filling effect by increasing the resistance table than that by adjusting the friction, but the forming load would be greatly increased.
