摘 要:本文构建利于真实反映医疗机构满意度情况的调查方式,提高患者满意度调查结果对改善医疗服务的指导效用。明确了标准化工作基本思路,从通用基础标准、调查工作标准和支持保障标准三个方面,阐述了医院满意度评价标准化建设方案,并提出了配套的标准体系实施及持续监控工作机制。This paper constructs a survey method that is conducive to truly reflecting the satisfaction of medical institutions, and enhancing the guiding effect of patient satisfaction survey results on improving medical services. It defines the basic idea of standardization, expounds the standardization construction scheme of hospital satisfaction evaluation in the three aspects including general basic standards, investigation standards and support standards, and puts forward the supporting standard system implementation and continuous monitoring mechanism.
