摘　　要：目的:探究PDCA循环在提高全院护士对糖尿病患者低血糖标准化识别与处理能力中的应用。方法:选取中山市博爱医院160名护士及不同时期但基线资料类似的100名糖尿病患者作为主要研究对象,选定主题及PDCA循环,分析改善前后全院护士对糖尿病患者低血糖标准化识别与处理能力。结果:全院护士对低血糖相关知识正确率由改善前正确率22.70%提高到改善后的78.75%,达到了活动目标(77.7%)。结论:PDCA循环可以提高全院护士对糖尿病患者低血糖标准化识别与处理能力,对糖尿病患者的治疗及生命安全提供了足够的保障。Objective: To explore the application of PDCA cycle in improving hospital nurses’ ability to recognize and deal with the standardization of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients. Methods: 160 nurses in Zhongshan Bo’ai Hospital and 100 diabetic patients with similar baseline data at different periods were selected as the main research subjects, the theme and PDCA cycle were selected, and the nurses in the hospital were analyzed before and after the improvement in the standardization of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients. Results: The accuracy rate of nurses in the hospital on hypoglycemia-related knowledge increased from 22.70% before improvement to 78.75% after improvement, reaching the activity goal of 77.7%. Conclusion: The PDCA cycle can improve the ability of nurses in the hospital to recognize and deal with the standardization of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients, and provide sufficient protection for the treatment and life safety of diabetic patients.
