摘　　要：介绍了QR3210型履带式抛丸清理机的一种应用方式:通过设置输送机实现前后工序之间的衔接;通过增加秤重装置控制抛丸机的装载量避免超载;通过PLC集中控制实现多台设备的协同作业。此种应用方式不仅节省了设备所需的人工成本,同时将前后工序衔接起来实现了物料的自动转移,使设备更加自动化、智能化,降低了企业的运营成本。An application method of QR3210 crawler shot blasting machine has been introduced:the connection between the front and rear processes has been realized by setting the conveyor;the loading capacity of the shot blasting machine has been controlled by increasing the weighing device to avoid overload;the cooperative operation of multiple devices has been controlled by PLC.This application method not only saves the labor cost required by the equipment,but also realizes the automatic transfer of materials by connecting the front and rear processes,making the equipment more automated and intelligent,and reducing the operating cost of the enterprise.
