摘  要:从湿型粘土砂的基本构成入手,分析了直流电场作用下湿型粘土砂的导电机理,通过系列试验研究了砂样中水分含量和有效粘土含量对直流电场作用下湿型粘土砂导电特性的影响。试验结果表明,砂样中有效粘土含量不变时,直流电压初始值随含水量提高而降低;砂样中含水量不变时,直流电压初始值变化率随有效粘土含量增加先变小后变大。由于被测试样直流电压初始值、直流电压变化率与含水量和有效粘土含量之间存在依存关系,利用测得的砂样直流电压初始值、直流电压变化率和紧实率,可通过人工神经网络加速拟合求解湿型粘土砂含水量和有效粘土含量。Starting from the basic composition of green sand,the conduction mechanism of green sand under the action of DC electric field has been analyzed.Through a series of experiments,the influence of moisture content and effective clay content in the sand sample on the conductive characteristics of green sand under DC electric field has been studied.The test results show that when the effective clay content in the sand sample does not change,the initial value of the DC voltage decreases with the increase of water content;when the water content in the sand sample does not change,the change rate of the initial value of the DC voltage firstly decreases with the increase of the effective clay content and then increases later.Due to the dependence relationship among the initial value of the DC voltage,the change rate of DC voltage,the water content and effective clay content of the tested sample,the measured initial value of the DC voltage,the change rate of DC voltage and the compaction rate of the sand sample have been used by artificial nerves accelerated network fitting to solve the moisture content and effective clay content of green sand.
