摘　　要：针对技能型人才培养中实训条件不足的问题,结合开放教育学生工作经验丰富的特点,以案例教学理论和沉浸理论为基础,以指导学生自编案例为抓手,构建“教-编-赛”互驱的案例教学模式,并对该模式进行了理论解析、实践探索和效果评价,为职业教育改革积累了经验。Aiming at solving the problem of insufficient practice conditions in the training of skilled talents,combined with the characteristics of open education students’rich work experience,based on case teaching theory and immersion theory and guiding students to compile their own cases as the key point,this article constructs a“teaching-writing-competition”case teaching model,and conducts theoretical analysis,practical exploration and effect evaluation of this model,accumulating experience for the reform of vocational education.
