无托槽隐形矫治技术对牙周健康和牙齿美观的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术对牙周健康和美容的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2020年4月口腔正畸治疗患者94例为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组采用传统固定矫治术治疗,观察组借助无托槽隐形矫治技术干预,两组均完成3个月干预,比较两组牙周健康相关指标、美容水平及并发症。结果观察组矫治后3个月牙齿健康牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)及探针深度(probe depth,PD)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组矫治后3个月牙齿外观、牙齿舒适度、外齿整齐、牙齿色泽、牙齿功能均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组矫治过程中牙龈红肿、局部拥挤、感染、牙龈萎缩发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗患者采用无托槽隐形矫治术有助于提高牙齿美观,能获得相好的牙周水平,且未增加并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of bracketless invisible orthodontics on periodontal health and beauty.Methods Ninety-four patients undergoing orthodontic treatment from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fixed orthodontics,and the observation group was treated with non-brackets invisible orthodontics technology.Both groups completed 3 months of intervention.The two groups were compared with periodontal health-related indicators,beauty level and complications.Results 3 months after treatment in the observation group,healthy teeth,gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and probe depth(PD)level was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);3 months after treatment in the observation group,tooth appearance,tooth comfort,external teeth,tooth color,and tooth function were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the difference of incidence of gingival swelling,local crowding,infection,and gingival recession in two groups during the process was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment patients using bracketless invisible orthodontics can help improve the aesthetics of the teeth,can obtain a relatively good periodontal level,and does not increase the incidence of complications.It is worthy of popularization and application.
