视知觉学习治疗单眼弱视患者的临床综合优质护理体会

摘　　要：目的探究视知觉学习治疗单眼弱视患者的临床综合优质护理应用价值。方法本次研究共选择了96例的单眼弱视患者,研究时间2018年1月—2019年1月。采用抽签的方式分成两组(对照组、观察组),各48例。两组均展开视知觉学习治疗,后者实施临床综合优质护理,对比最终的数据结果。结果护理后,观察组的治疗有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量量表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)评分与简化舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受视知觉学习治疗的患者实施临床综合优质护理可以在提高治疗效果的同时,缓解患者负面的情绪。Objective To explore the application value of clinical comprehensive quality nursing on treatment of monocular amblyopia patients by visual perception learning.Methods A total of 96 patients with monocular amblyopia were selected for this study from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided into two groups(control group and observation group)by drawing lots,48 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with visual perception learning,the former with routine nursing,the latter with clinical comprehensive quality nursing,and the final data results were compared.Results After nursing,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was 97.92%and higher than 81.25%of the other group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score and general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical comprehensive quality nursing can improve the therapeutic effect and relieve the negative emotions of patients who receive visual perceptual learning therapy.
