易班平台应用于高校新生入学教育的思考与实践——以哈尔滨工程大学“哈军工精神”教育为例

摘　　要：以哈尔滨工程大学新生入学“哈军工精神”教育为例,探索了易班平台的应用实践。分析了易班平台的特点,明确了哈尔滨工程大学易班建设的目标,论述了易班应用于入学教育的优势。依托易班开展“哈军工精神”教育,从哈尔滨工程大学易班建设取得的效果来看,可以让新一代青年进一步理解“不忘初心,展望未来”的使命担当,更有利于发挥易班平台思政教育前沿阵地的作用。Through taking“Harbin Military Engineering Institute Spirit”education for the freshmen in Harbin Engineering University as an example,the research explores the application practice of Yiban Platform,analyzes its characteristics,clarifies the target of Yiban Platform construction of Harbin Military Engineering Institute,and discusses the advantages of the application of Yiban Platform in teaching.Based on Yiban Platform,we can develop“Harbin Military Engineering Institute Spirit”education.From the effect of Yiban construction in Harbin Engineering University,the new generation of youth understanding the mission of“Remaining true to our original aspiration”can be achieved.So it is beneficial to play the forward position function of the ideological and political education of Yiban Platform.
