摘 要:针对新型双悬膜中空玻璃窗,从传热学角度出发,以ISO 10077-2算法为标准,首先建立双悬膜中空玻璃单元能量平衡方程,其次利用WINDOW软件对双悬膜中空玻璃单元进行热工计算,最后利用THERM软件对双悬膜中空玻璃窗U值和露点温度进行计算。结果表明:腔体不充入稀有气体的前提下,双悬膜中空玻璃窗拥有优秀的保温隔热性能与抗结露性能。该方法适用于悬膜中空玻璃窗热工计算,可为其传热研究提供理论依据。According to the new hollow glass window with double suspended films,from the perspective of heat transfer,a theoretical support was provided for the research and development of the structure.Based on the ISO 10077-2 algorithm,the energy balance equation of hollow glass unit with double suspended films was established,followed by the thermal calculation of hollow glass unit with double suspended films using the software WINDOW.Finally,using the software THERM to calculate the U-value and dew point temperature of hollow glass window with double suspended films.The results show that the hollow glass window with double suspended films has excellent thermal insulation performance and anti-condensation performance under the premise that the cavity is not filled with rare gas.The method is applicable to the thermal calculation of hollow glass window with double suspended films,and is the theoretical basis for its thermal performance.
