摘 要:目的探讨六西格玛管理法对提高临床医生院感预警病例处理及时率的应用效果。方法选取宿迁市第一人民医院2020年4月的404份院感预警病例为改进前组,再选取2020年7月使用六西格玛管理预警病例后的493份院感预警病例为改进后组,比较改进前后医生预警病例处理及时率和对杏林系统的满意度。结果改进后医生院感预警病例处理及时率为87.63%,明显高于改进前的55.19%;且改进后医生对杏林系统满意度为95.08%,明显高于改进前的72.67%(P<0.001)。结论六西格玛式干预在提高临床医生预警病例处理及时率方面效果显著,并显著提升了临床医生对杏林系统的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Six Sigma intervention on the management of hospital infection warning case.Methods 404 warning cases of hospital infection were enrolled into control group before the application of Six Sigma.And 493 cases were included in intervention group after the application of Six Sigma.The timeliness ratio of treatment and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The timeliness ratio of treatment in intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.63%vs.55.19%,P<0.001).And the satisfaction rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.08%vs.72.67%,P<0.001).Conclusions Six Sigma intervention has a significant effect on the management of hospital infection warning case,which is worthy of promotion.
