摘  要:目的:研究微型种植钉支抗对不同性别骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者侧貌以及面部美学的影响。方法:将贵阳市口腔医院2018.01⁃2019.01间收治的52例骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者纳为研究对象,根据患者性别分为男性组与女性组,患者均应用微型种植钉支抗治疗,分别于治疗前后,评估不同性别患者软硬组织变化。结果:治疗后,不同性别的Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者UL⁃Eline、LL⁃Snpg、H角水平均较同组治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),LL⁃Eline、Z角以及NLA水平均较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但两组治疗前、后,以上软组织侧貌指标水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同性别Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者经治疗后,SNA、ANB水平均较同组治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),SNB、FH⁃OP以及NA⁃PA水平均较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),但不同性别Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者治疗前、后,以上硬组织侧貌相关指标水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同性别Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者治疗3个月后,其咬合功能较其治疗1个月时相比均显著上升(P<0.05),但男性患者治疗1个月及3个月时的咬合力均显著高于女性(P<0.05)。两组矫正期间均未发生严重并发症,不同性别Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者口腔发炎以及黏膜水肿发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同性别患者的治疗满意度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:微型种植钉支抗在治疗Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形中的疗效可靠,能有效改善患者侧貌,提高患者颜面美观度,且安全性高,不同性别的Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者微型种植钉支抗疗效相似,提示微型种植钉支抗的应用效果不受患者性别的影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of micro⁃implant anchorage on the facial profile and aesthetics of males or females with skeletal Class III malocclusion.Methods:Included were 52 patients with skeletal class III malocclusion admitted to Guiyang Stomatological Hospital between January 2018 and January 2019.The patients were divided into male and female groups by gender.Before and after treatment,profilic changes in soft and hard tissue metrics in these patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the values of UL⁃Eline,LL⁃Snpg,and H angles in either gender with class III malocclusion were significantly higher than baseline(P<0.05),and the values of LL⁃Eline,Z angle,and NLA in either gender were significantly lower than baseline(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the values of any of these soft tissue profilic metrics between the two groups before or after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the values of SNA and ANB in either gender with class III malocclusion were significantly higher than baseline(P<0.05),and the values of SNB,FH⁃OP and NA⁃PA in either gender were significantly lower than baseline(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the values of any of these hard tissue profilic metrics between the two groups before or after treatment(P>0.05).At 3 months after treatment,the occlusal function in either gender with class III malocclusion was significantly better than that at 1 month after treatment(P<0.05),and the occlusal force was significantly greater in male patients than that in female patients either at 1 or 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).There were no major complications during the orthodontic correction in either group.There was no significant difference in incidence of oral inflammation and mucosal edema(P>0.05),nor in treatment satisfaction between the male and female patients class III malocclusion(P>0.05).Conclusion:Micro⁃implant anchorage is reliable in the treatment of class III malocclusion,offering effective improvement in facial profile and aesthetics,and
