摘　　要：中药质量评价研究在中药现代化进程中发挥着不可或缺的作用,然而,中药质量受多重因素影响,这给其研究带来极大挑战。"气味"作为中药的性状之一,是反映中药质量的重要信号。电子鼻技术将主观感受数字化、模型化,以挥发性成分为研究对象考察中药的质量。对传感器型电子鼻和超快速气相电子鼻进行比较,并综述了近几年电子鼻技术在中药质量评价中的应用,以期为中药现代化的研究及电子鼻技术的应用提供新思路。Quality evaluation plays an indispensable role in Chinese medicinal(CM) modernization. However, the quality of CM is affected by multiple factors, which brings great challenges to the assessment. As one of the properties of CM, "odor" is an essential indicator of its quality. Electronic nose techniques digitize and model subjective feelings and investigate CM quality based on volatile components. This paper compares electronic nose with flash gas chromatography Enose and summarizes the application of electronic nose techniques in the quality evaluation of CM in recent years, which is expected to serve as a reference for the research of CM and the application of electronic nose techniques.
