关于高职创新教育回归理性与落到实处的若干思考

摘　　要：围绕高职人才培养目标和产业转型升级的人才需求,结合知识经济时代技术创新的特征和逻辑,分析了高职创新教育的定位和现状,进而根据新一轮科技革命与产业变革中岗位需求向上跃迁的变化趋势,提出可定位应用创新,通过科学统筹、贯穿全程,回归基础、学生主体,区分专业、校企闭环的路径,保障高职创新教育落到实处。Based on the talent training goal and the talent demand of the industrial transformation and upgrading,combining with the characteristics and logic of technological innovation in the era of knowledge economy,this paper analyzes the orientation and current situation of higher vocational innovation education.According to the upward change trend of job demand in the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,it proposes the appraoch of ensuring the implementation of higher vocational innovation education by taking application of innovation as the orientation,taking scientific overall planning,impetrating the whole process,returning to the basic elements,making students the main participants,distinguishing majors and forming a closed loop between schools and enterprises.
